Mom and I made ice cream today-without a freezer! mom didn't think we could make it that way.
Here is what you need:
zip lock bag 1
3/4 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/2 cup of whole milk
1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of heavy cream
zip lock bag 2
2 1/2 pounds of ice cubes
1 1/2 pounds of salt
We mixed bag 1 ingredients in a bowl and we poured the liquid in a small zip lock bag.
We put it into a big zip lock bag full of ice and salt.
Now comes the fun part! we through it for 20 minutes to each other.
